Service Description
Strength meets heat in our signature Mauré Hot Sculpt experience. Set in our infrared heated studio, this premium full-body class blends Pilates-inspired movement with dynamic strength training to sculpt lean muscle, elevate endurance and leave you feeling powerful from the inside out. Using a carefully curated combination of dumbbells, resistance bands, ankle weights and Pilates equipment, you’ll flow through slow, controlled, high-intensity sequences designed to define your arms, strengthen your core, lift your glutes and tone your entire body. The gentle infrared heat enhances the experience by creating a deeply warming environment that encourages greater mobility, increased circulation and an invigorating, sweat-inducing workout. Not suitable during pregnancy or for those with uncontrolled cardiovascular conditions, heat intolerance, recent injury or surgery, fever or illness, or any medical condition that may be worsened by exercising in a heated environment. If you have any medical concerns or taking medication that may affect your ability to exercise in the heat, please consult your healthcare professional before attending.

Cancellation Policy
General Terms & Conditions We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. No changes made within this period. Any changes prior to this period, can only be done personally by you via your account online or email to info@maurestudios.co.uk. Cancellation made outside of this time frame will be charged as a Late Cancellation (full fee). *We do not accept voicemails as a form of cancellation, Facebook messages or Instagram messages , to change or cancelled contact via info@maurestudios.co.uk ,or using our spaces app on your account. ‘No Shows’ will be charged as a Late Cancellation which is the sum equal to the class fee. All classes/sessions must be paid for in advance. Clients with an outstanding balance may not attend the sessions until the balance is paid in full. Mauré Studios does not issue refunds. Payment is made securely online . We do not accept cheque or cash. All prices include VAT We reserve the right to expel you from the studio or suspend you if you seriously or repeatedly break the conditions of this agreement or do not pay sums owing to us on or before due date.
