Turn up the heat and elevate your practice in our signature infrared heated Pilates class. Designed to strength, tone and energise the entire body, this full-body workout combines controlled, low-impact Pilates movements with the benefits of infrared heat to challenge your muscles, improve mobility and leave you glowing from the inside out. Expect a dynamic flow, a strong core focus and a satisfying sweat that builds strength, endurance and flexibility. Not suitable during pregnancy or for those with uncontrolled cardiovascular conditions, heat intolerance, recent injury or surgery, fever or illness, or any medical condition that may be worsened by exercising in a heated environment. If you have any medical concerns or taking medication that may affect your ability to exercise in the heat, please consult your healthcare professional before attending.

Cancellation Policy
General Terms & Conditions We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. No changes made within this period. Any changes prior to this period, can only be done personally by you via your account online or email to info@maurestudios.co.uk. Cancellation made outside of this time frame will be charged as a Late Cancellation (full fee). *We do not accept voicemails as a form of cancellation, Facebook messages or Instagram messages , to change or cancelled contact via info@maurestudios.co.uk ,or using our spaces app on your account. ‘No Shows’ will be charged as a Late Cancellation which is the sum equal to the class fee. All classes/sessions must be paid for in advance. Clients with an outstanding balance may not attend the sessions until the balance is paid in full. Mauré Studios does not issue refunds. Payment is made securely online . We do not accept cheque or cash. All prices include VAT We reserve the right to expel you from the studio or suspend you if you seriously or repeatedly break the conditions of this agreement or do not pay sums owing to us on or before due date.
