Join Ella for The Art of Inversion — a strong, dynamic vinyasa workshop designed to build strength, control and confidence, while introducing you to the foundations of going upside down.
You’ll move through a powerful, intelligently sequenced flow focused on building strength to access flexibility. From there, we’ll break down the foundations of headstands and handstands through drills and conditioning exercises that prioritise control, technique and safety.
