How do I know what class is suitable for me?

Accepted Answer

The chilli icons next to the names of our classes indicate how 'spicy' or challenging a class is. The more chilli's a class has, the bigger the challenge.

Our yoga and meditation classes do not come under this system.

We recommend beginners start with a 1 chilli class then work their way up, particularly with reformer pilates.

Question 2

I have never done reformer pilates before, where do I start?

Accepted Answer

Our reform induction classes are designed for complete beginners, those that have never been on the reformer before.

In this session, you will get to grips with the reformer machine and some of the main exercises. Although this is an introduction, you will still get to experience that Mauré Studios burn.

You simply book on to one of these classes via our website our app when it suits you.

We recommend a couple of these classes before you move to reform flow which is our mixed ability class.

Question 3

How far in advance should I book a class?

Accepted Answer

Our classes are busy, to avoid disappointment we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance particularly at peak times, including weekends.

Our timetable is live for the next few months, so you are free to book.

Our waiting lists are great too, if a class you would like is fully booked, add yourself to the waiting list via our app, you will be notified once a space becomes available.

What to bring

Accepted Answer

We suggest wearing comfortable athletic wear, as it can get quite warm in the studio. Be sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, but if you forgot, do not worry, we have water readily available at reception.

If you are joining us for a mat class, we provide the mats and all of the equipment you need.

One thing, if you are joining us for a reformer class, grippy socks are a must - No exceptions. We do have grippy socks available to purchase at reception if you forget or do not own any yet.

How do I book a class?

You can either book via our website or you can manage your bookings via our app, 'SpacesbyWix', simply download via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Choose a class time that works for you and your busy schedule.

Question 6

Do I have to have a membership?

Accepted Answer

Although we do have a variety of monthly memberships available, we understand that monthly memberships do not work for everyone. That is why we also have a variety of class packages available to purchase, these are valid for 4 months.

For those wanting complete freedom, you are more than welcome to simply pay as you go for individual classes. No commitment at all.
