About the event
Join us for our FREE ladies only wellness walk. Meet at the studio for 10am before we set off for a 2.5 mile walk. Get your steps in whilst meeting new people and feeling the healing benefits of the fresh air . Finish the walk back at the studio with a warm drink , light stretches and short breath work session.
