Power up your practice in this full- body reformer workout designed to tone, sculpt and strengthen from head to toe. Using the reformer alongside ankle and wrist weights, you'll challenge every muscle with controlled, high- intensity movements that deliver an overall burn. Expect a powerful blend of strength, endurance and core- focused exercises that build strength, improve muscular endurance and leave you feeling stronger, leaner and energised. Not suitable during pregnancy or for those recovering from injury. Grip socks are required.

Cancellation Policy
General Terms & Conditions We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. No changes made within this period. Any changes prior to this period, can only be done personally by you via your account online or email to info@maurestudios.co.uk. Cancellation made outside of this time frame will be charged as a Late Cancellation (full fee). *We do not accept voicemails as a form of cancellation, Facebook messages or Instagram messages , to change or cancelled contact via info@maurestudios.co.uk ,or using our spaces app on your account. ‘No Shows’ will be charged as a Late Cancellation which is the sum equal to the class fee. All classes/sessions must be paid for in advance. Clients with an outstanding balance may not attend the sessions until the balance is paid in full. Mauré Studios does not issue refunds. Payment is made securely online . We do not accept cheque or cash. All prices include VAT We reserve the right to expel you from the studio or suspend you if you seriously or repeatedly break the conditions of this agreement or do not pay sums owing to us on or before due date.
