Cancellation Policy
General Terms & Conditions We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. No changes made within this period. Any changes prior to this period, can only be done personally by you via your account online or email to info@maurestudios.co.uk. Cancellation made outside of this time frame will be charged as a Late Cancellation (full fee). *We do not accept voicemails as a form of cancellation. ‘No Shows’ will be charged as a Late Cancellation which is the sum equal to the class fee. All classes/sessions must be paid for in advance. Clients with an outstanding balance may not attend the sessions until the balance is paid in full. Mauré Studios does not issue refunds. Payment is made securely online . We do not accept cheque or cash. All prices include VAT We reserve the right to expel you from the studio or suspend you if you seriously or repeatedly break the conditions of this agreement or do not pay sums owing to us on or before due date.
